Class Cancellation / Refund Policy
NOTE TO ALL STUDENTS:
Due to the high popularity of our classes, once you are enrolled, your payment becomes non-refundable.
Should you be unable to attend the class, please contact us BEFORE THE START DATE OF YOUR ENROLLED CLASS, and your tuition can be credited to a future class session or product purchases of equal or lesser value of your choice.
All credits must be redeemed within 4 months of original payment date.
Once the class that you enrolled in has started,
your payment cannot be refunded and you cannot transfer to another class session, no exceptions.
We will update you on class information via email, but it is also your responsibility to follow up on class schedules and updates.
PLEASE check your Paypal email address for class information updates - unless you have informed us of a different preferred
email address, your Paypal address is the only means of communication we have of reaching you.
Should Simon need to cancel any or all of the sessions for whatever reason,
your full or remaining balance will be
refunded to you accordingly.
