The following policies apply to pre-orders on FINISHED STATUE purchases (painted and made-to-order ready-to-display collectible statues)

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE:

Our collectible statues are made-to-order, so deposit payments are non-refundable.

ORDER FULFILLMENT (PRE-ORDERS):

Once your pre-order purchase is ready to ship, we will contact you to collect the remaining balance, shipping fees and any applicable sales tax for California residents. Your order will ship out once balance payment is received.

PAYPAL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE:

Please note that any eligible and approved refunds from us will be after deduction of Paypal fees. Paypal does not refund their processing fees once your payment is made even when the seller is willing to issue refund to the buyer.
